Payments we currently accept:
Due to an increase in credit card fraud, we will only be shipping to the billing address.

Easy 6 Month Layaway Plan (Phone Orders Only)
- 30% down non-refundable deposit.
- Layaways must be paid out in 6 months.
- Minimum payment is due every 30 days or piece(s) is returned to stock.
- 30% deposit serves as restocking fee if order is cancelled, or payments aren't made every 30 days.
- Remainder of balance, if any, is for store credit only, and must be used within 6 months or credit is void.
- Store credit only on all returned layaways, store credit void after 6 months.
- Orleans Jewels reserves the right not to begin producing jewelry for layaway purchases until the layaway balance is paid in full. Delivery for layaway purchases could take up to 6 weeks from the date the layaway balance is paid in full.

International Orders
- We are no longer able to accept credit cards on orders placed outside of the United States. We do accept cashier's checks and money orders only in US dollars drawn from a US bank. Email us for shipping charges to your country.
- Please note that any duties, taxes and UPS broker fees that may apply will be your responsibility. These are not our fees so please check with your local shipping offices to see what the charges would be. These fees, if any, will be due when your package arrives and made payable to the carrier. We ship UPS only, when shipping internationally.

Orleans Jewels will not waive shipping fees or rush fees if we ship the order in a timely manner. Failure on the part of the shipper to deliver the package will not result in a refund on shipping fees, rush fees or the order. Orleans Jewels cannot be held responsible or liable for failure on the part of the shipping carrier.

Orleans Counterfeit Diamonds Guarantee:
Your Orleans Counterfeit Diamonds carry a "Lifetime" guarantee that they will not cloud, loose their brilliance, fade or yellow. If this should happen, your Orleans Counterfeit Diamonds will be replaced free of charge. Original receipt must be present for guarantee to apply. No exceptions. Any item displaying damage due to wear and tear will not be covered in our guarantee. If your Orleans Counterfeit Diamonds should chip or fracture we will replace your Orleans Counterfeit Diamonds at half (1/2) the original purchase price. Fees for stone setting and goldsmithing will apply, as well as shipping fees. White gold jewelry may have a rhodium finish to protect luster. Orleans Jewels is not responsible for peeling or cracking of rhodium finish.
We guarantee your satisfaction with both our merchandise and our service.
You may return your purchase within 15 days of its receipt for a full refund. Simply ship the package to our office, registered and insured. Jewelry must be returned in the original black velvet box, along with the outer white jewelry box, and MUST include the original invoice to receive a refund. Orders returned without these items will not be given refunds. No exceptions.
Please note that platinum settings, 18Kt gold settings, 14Kt Pink (Rose) gold or any ring sized outside of our sizing standards are considered custom orders and are non-returnable. Any piece that is stated as custom order or requested to be custom made that is not shown or offered on our website is considered a custom order. All full eternity bands are also custom order pieces. Any ring with stones set entirely around the band are considered full eternity bands, including 14kt gold and sterling silver settings. Custom orders must be paid in full at time of ordering. There are no cancellations or refunds on custom orders after 24 hours.

15 Day Return Policy excludes damaged jewelry, loose stone purchases, custom orders, clearance items and jewelry altered after receipt. Loose stone purchases, custom orders, and clearance items are considered final sales and are not eligible for refund or exchange.

A special order is any piece shown on our site that is altered in any way. This includes changing the stone color, stone size, stone shape, and may include changing gold color, sterling silver settings or any order for ring settings with a center stone carat weight over 3.00 carats. All tennis necklaces 16" in length or longer in all available metals are considered a special order. Orleans Jewels reserves the right to declare any jewelry a special order piece any time changes are made by the customer to an existing picture on our website. If you have questions or concerns about whether changes you would like to make to a piece of jewelry would cause it to become a special order, please call our office and we will be happy to let you know. All returned special orders within the 15 day return policy will incur a 30% restocking fee. No exceptions.

Item Availability and Shipping Time
- When you place an order with Orleans Jewels, we create that piece of jewelry according to your wishes and specifications. We do not mass produce our jewelry. Your credit card will be charged when the order is placed. We do not begin work on jewelry until payment is received. Because of the size of our collection, it would be impossible to keep every piece with every option available, in every size. At Orleans Jewels we pride ourselves on our ability to design, create and deliver beautiful jewelry to our customers according to their individual tastes.

We understand your need to have your piece arrive on time. We know the importance of having the "perfect gift" for engagements, anniversaries and holidays. Please allow us to help you ensure you receive your jewelry in a timely fashion by making these suggestions:

1) Please allow up to 24 hours for an internet order to be processed.

2) Your jewelry could take 1-6 business weeks to create depending on the piece and the options you've selected. Please call us and we can let you know if your piece is available for immediate shipment, or when it will be available.

3) Tell us the date you need the piece - we can give you a reasonable expectation as to when your order will be ready.

4) Know your shipping options. Overnight means from the day your order is produced and not from the day you place your order.

- Please note that ground shipping can take up to 7 business days to arrive. We do offer second day and overnight shipping for faster delivery, once your piece is complete.

- None of our jewelry is stamped CZ. All of our jewelry is stamped 14K, 18K, PL or PLAT.

Custom Orders
Please note that platinum settings, 18Kt gold settings, 14Kt Pink (Rose) gold or any ring sized outside of our sizing standards are considered custom orders and are non-returnable. Returns/Exchanges

You may return your purchase within 15 days of its receipt for a full refund minus shipping charges. Simply ship the package to our office, registered and insured. Jewelry must be returned in the original black velvet box, along with the outer white jewelry box, and MUST include the original invoice to receive a refund. Orders returned without these items will not be given refunds. No exceptions. Customer will incur all shipping charges associated with the attempted return of any piece of jewelry described as non returnable as stated in our policies. Special orders* and pieces ordered for viewing purposes will also incur a 30% restocking fee. Restocking fee also applies to returns on orders with 2 or more pieces ordered in the same category. All jewelry must be returned in its original condition to be considered for return. Damaged jewelry will not be accepted for return or exchange. Free shipping discount will be deducted from returns. Any free gift with purchase must be returned if order is returned. Our return policy applies to all jewelry purchases. Any jewelry that has been worn, resized, altered or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. If you have any questions or need assistance, please email us or call our toll-free number.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to be processed. Shipping fees will not be refunded. No exceptions. Your package should include your original receipt along with any instructions. You are responsible to ship your package back via prepaid freight, insured. No COD returns will be accepted. Refused orders will incur a $12.95 return shipping charge.

Clearance items are final sale and are not returnable.

Store credits will only be given for returned layaways minus the 30% non-refundable deposit. Any other store credit will only be given at the discretion of Orleans Jewels. Store credits are void after 6 months from the date of issue. Any purchase made with a store credit is a final sale and are not transferable. Purchases made with a store credit are not be returned or exchanged.

Any jewelry left at Orleans Jewels for 60 calendar days will be considered abandoned and Orleans Jewels will not be responsible for abandoned items.

Repairs
- If you have a piece of Counterfeit Diamond jewelry that needs to be repaired, you can send it in to us for a free estimate. Repairs usually take 8 to 10 business days from the day the estimate is approved.
- When sending in your jewelry for repair, please be sure to include a detailed note of what you see that needs to be fixed and include your daytime telephone number and address.
- Please make sure you package your jewelry in a crush-proof box to prevent any further damage to your jewelry.
